I wanna scream I wanna cry. Not sure why I care if he’s happy so should I. Maybe I’m just mad that he’s not happy with me. I mean I chose to cut that option off regardless. Just knowing what they call one another is overwhelming. I feel so alone. I’ve felt this way before we ever dated anyways.

Well I’m back to hating myself. Haven’t weighed myself in months to not trigger but my jeans show different result other wise. Time to have coffee for breakfast, grapes and a salad at work, and a small meal at home and too much water. I believe to be at 190 5’4
